Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismaintling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets including cover fillets complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge and thickness in roof covering including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantlig of timber scantling unframed work under 40 sqcm in section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs powder coated mild steel drapery rod of 20 mm inner dia (in lengths as directed) of approved colour with & including decorative finial at both ends and pair of powder coated mild steel brackets fixed at both ends with PVC rawl plug & steel screws on walls/beam, including PVC curtain rings of matching colour @ 10cm C/C all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 3mm thick solid PVC false ceiling decorative type complete all as per approved design, shade & quality fixing at site on & including frame as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching. The snap grid shall consist of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x1.40mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm weighing 0.12Kg /RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts and washer. The snap grid (main /cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35mm x 25mm x 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement duly suspended with 3mm dia GI wire length as required @ 600mm C/C with adjustable device including plugging in brick / concrete work with steel raw plugs including making good all the disturebed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement one pieces plain angular ridge fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as directed. & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as directed. & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic white coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light shade (as approved) coloured tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic light shade (as approved) coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of wall, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 3mm thick layer of wall putty (Make J K or Birla) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint on walls over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Asian Paints (Brand - ACE) / Berger Paint (Brand - Shingar) / Nerolac Paint (Brand - Total) or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after. Note :- After complete removal of existing treatment surfaces shall be inspected by the Engineer-in-Charge and further each coat of exterior paint and primer shall be applied only after passed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
