PROVN OF TROLLEY MOUNTED TRANSFORMER 315 KV AND SPL REPAIR OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NETWORK AND DIFFERENT TYPES OF WATER SUPPLY PIPES AT FDK MIL STN

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of oil cooled, copper wound, step down transformer of capacity 315 KVA outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitting HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 V, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 C/S oil immerse, naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433 V with tapping at ±2.5% to 5% & ±7.5% on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off load/ tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 55 KV per 2.5 mm electrode gap with all fittings and accessories such as LT box with glands, HT box with gland, silica gel, breather oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank), exhaust vent, air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with EEL 2, IS 1180 2014 latest up to date having total loss not more than at 50% load 955 W and at 100% load 2750 W impedance 4.5% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Following items/ accessories included in this rate therefore no any extra cost will be paid for these items:-

(a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers, etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) Pressure release valve. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Earthing arrangement. (k) Oil level gauge.

(l) Oil drain filter valve. (m) Oil drain valve. (n) Lifting hook. (o) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap. (p) Air relief valve plug. (q) Four plate solid cast steel detachable rollers. (r) Earth bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (s) Necessary arrangement for fixing the transformer on trolley. Note :- (i) The transformer should be energy conservation for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer.

M&L for fabrication of trolley to accommodate 315 KVA transformer with LT Panel, including HT & LT cable and with overall size not less than 2.50 m x 3.0 mtrs using main chassis MS channel of size 100 x 50 mm main beams and main beams cross number with side boundary beams and incl base platform plate of 3mm thick chequered plate properly welded on chassis and drawbar triangular detachable MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 5 mm with wire mesh flat 40 x 6 mm not less than 900 mm high cage should be with openable door with locking arrangement at front side painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide steel primer, with towing hook spring loaded 36 mm forged steel fixed with trolley including leaf spring 13 Nos - 4 set (800x70x11) with tyre assembly 4 Nos of size 7.50 x 1600 incl 4 Nos of light reflector 2 Nos of Number plate and 04 Nos of danger notice plate HT 11 KV all as specified (Refer product description & drawings attached here in after in tender). The following items are also required : (a) Supply & fixed tyre & tubes of suitable size of wheel drum - 04 Nos. (b) Supply & fix axle - 02 Nos between front & rear wheel (c) Supply & fix danger notice plate/board of 11 KV on each side of trolley - 02 Nos (e) The cost of any MS work required for fixing of transformer shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note:- Any other work/item not mentioned above but necessary for smooth functioning of the trolley shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying pipes and getting out in soft/loosse soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated soil from the trench n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing pipe and connections, including all fiting 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including all fiting 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including all fiting 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe 20mm bore and including GI Fitting in Trenches/on Wall or Laying in floors complete all as specified and directed .

S&F GI Pipe 25mm bore and including GI Fitting in Trenches/on Wall or Laying in floors complete all as specified and directed .

S&F GI Pipe 50mm bore and including GI Fitting in Trenches/on Wall or Laying in floors complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed 20 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed 25 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed 50 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 100 mm DI pipe with spigot-socket/ flanged ends centrifugally cast class LA in any lenth laid in trenches pipes "ISI" marked including taking up old unservicable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of CI/DI Sluice valve flanged type, class PN 1.6 , 100 mm bore (4") ISI marked conforming to IS- 14846-2000 complete with gunmetal spindle flanged both ends drilled, CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle suitable for CI/DI pipe line including jointing material i.e. nuts bolts, washer and gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in repair of valve pit of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (internal dimensiions),stone/brick construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:2:4) type D-2, stone masonary in cement mortor (1:4) rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortor. Mild steel angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm frame MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting complete all as specified.

M&L for in repair of Valve pit of size 450mm x 450mm x 450mm (internal dimensiions),stone/brick construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:2:4) type D-2, stone masonary in cement mortor (1:4) rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortor. Mild steel angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm frame MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the that over a coat of red oxide primer and painting complete all as specified.
