Supply and erection of Architectural Vertical Light Column approx. 100w made of mild steel with overall height of not less than 3.6 mtr. duly finished with desired PU four coats of protection coating viz etch primer, Epoxy primers, polyurethane and glass clear respective (each coating should not be having on an average thickness of 65 micron), Light column in square cross section 200 mm x 200 mm made of mild steel housing components in square cross section having minimum weight in between 100-110 kg. including a laser profile jali pattern(~2.4 m of MS laser cut sheet), cladded with opal acrylic diffuser not less than with 50Watt clear candel to make it glare free illumination in vertical position with LED source alongwith top amblum shape head having 4x15w LED(100lm/w) . Black in Colour, coated for high corrosion resistance, silicone gasket, SS fasteners, GI foundation bolt of size 20 mm x 600 mm (N.S.) - 04 Nos. & foundation base plate of size (N.S.) 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm (L x W x H) - 01 No. and integral driver, IP65, IK>07 for the complete light fixture including non-metallic portion; and installation accessories. 360 deg light distribution in the column part provided and low glare indirect line of vision. Efficacy > 85%, lumens efficancy = 110 lumen/watt, THD<10%, PF>0.9, Surge protection> 4kV.CCT 3000K, CRI>70, SDCM<4 & IK>07; Life of LED – 50,000 burning hours, suitable size of service window having prewire earth connection, Integral Junction chamber for cable termination i/c providing and fixing 4 way 32 Amp heavy duty connector – 3 nos. and 1 no. 6 Amp SPMCB,10kA,“C”curve including making connections testing on load complete etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 400 mm.(L) X 400 mm. wide and 900 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 10 mm. dia 1200 mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 6 mm dia - 1800 mm (approx) - 6 nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 63 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and Laying of XLPE, Aluminum armored conductor cable in the existing pipe as reqd i/c termination of cable with suitable size thimble at both end etc as required complete at site. a) 4 X 16 sq.mm

Cutting of R.C.C. Road etc for laying DWC Pipe upto depth of 30 cm work, cutting by machine including making good with RMC M-20 grade as same as earlier and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer - in- charge etc as required complete at site including of taking out and fixing of tile as same as good on foothpath and Central Verge tiles/ interloking tiles/ Paver block which was removed during excavation of cable trench. (nothing extra shall be paid by the department.)

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'B' class medium duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : a) 80 mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface/in pipe / in trench for loop earthing along with the existing surface / recess conduit / submain wiring / cable as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing hot press moulded SMC box outerdoor type / street light feeder pillar type double hinged door distribution box of size 1000 mm x 690 mm x 300 mm size made out of sheet moulding compound dust and weather proof with front openable hinged type cover with canopy & locking arrangement including MS sheet fixed on MS angle iron frame work of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (NS) with 90 cm long legs duly provided with locking arrangement grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm) i/c supplying and fixing following accessories and mountings inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter-connection, 4 strip aluminium busbar, aluminum thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as reqd. providing & fixing of following accesories etc, connections, testing and commissioning on the central verge and footpath etc as reqd.
