Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer- in-charge 2.1.1 All Kinds of soil.

Excavating,supplying and filling of local earth (including royality) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5KM also including ramming and watering of the earth inlayers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches,pinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing & Laying of C.C. in 1:6:12 with c/s and 40mm G.S.B. in foundation of Floor I/c all labour, materials and T&P etc.

R.C.C. work in columns/slab/wall 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand, 20 mm gauge stone grit i/c all complete.

M150 Brick Work in 1:6 c/s mortar in sub-structure i/c all labour T&P etc.

12mm thick Internal Plaster in 1:3 with c/s mortar in wall i/c all materials, labour & T&P etc. SI-586

Providing and Laying Steelbars including cutting binding, placing and complete in all respect.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as trusses, build up gates record racks, roof including drilling holes riveting or welding where necessary and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Mild Steel or iron work in small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods, grating etc. (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary for bending etc Including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required, welding, grinding and making holes as required for completion of work.
