Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding of disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dresses. DSR 2.6.1-2.36

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) (DSR 4.1.10 A)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (DSR 4.1.2)

Providing and fixing artificial turf mat of reputed make having minimum 40–50 mm pile height, UV-stabilized polyethylene monofilament grass, tufted on polypropylene backing with latex coating, including jointing with adhesive tape, silica sand and rubber granule infill, cleaning durface, cutting, fitting, finishing and all incidental works complete as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( without colour pigment)

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up section/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as requried.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works DSR 10.25.2

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade. (DSR 16.70.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work. (DSR 13.99.1)

Providing and fixing UV-stabilized HDPE knotless ball-stop net of 2.5–3.0 mm thickness with 40–50 mm mesh size over existing support framework, including GI wire ropes, clamps, turnbuckles, hooks, edge binding, stitching, tensioning, fixing and all accessories complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
