Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and gettting out in Soft/ Loose soil for laying of under ground cable, and foundation of poles, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms thick etc in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection in trenches / ducts complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Brick sub class ‘B’ to be laid over dry sand cushioning in trenches as protection to cable all as specified and directed.

Cutting PCC/ road 200mm thick for laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation / road crossing and finishing all exposed surfaces even and smooth using extra cement, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised Steel Strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc to suit the cable size, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipe or laid under floors or through walls/ ducts, etc of size 400Sqmm x 3.5Core all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover & pipe for cable protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made CPRI approved LT panel board 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 250 Amps capacity outdoor cubical type LT disribution switch gear and control gear, leg mounted, totally enclosed, cubical type modular compartment , dust and vermin proof IP-54 with neoprene gasket, fabricated out of CRCA sheet of thick ness not less than 3.15 mm complete with 2 mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm with cable chamber for incoming, outgoing connections comprising for the following including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.20 Mtr height positioned and fixed with suitable nuts, bolts, washers etc to the pedestal and connecting all incoming and outgoing cables all as specified and directed. (a) Aluminium Bus bar four wire system 415 volts mounted on procelain heat shrinkable insulator & sleeve suitable for 400 Amps for phases and 200 Amps for neutral .
