REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF EOT CRANE AND LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM UNDER GE NARANGI

M & L for periodic inspection/ servicing of 05 Ton capacity flame proof EOT crane of any make installed at different building/location at site, making the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed with and including operations for maintenance specified as under:- (A) LONG TRAVERSE MOTION- (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrusters checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any.

(B) CROSS TRAVERSE MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrusters checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all CT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any.

(C) HOIST MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tightening of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrusters checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all HT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any.

(D) ELECTRICALS (a) Checking and tightening all electric connection (b) Checking the contactors/ relays etc for overheating or flashing. ( c ) Cleaning off all connection and control cables. (d) Properly bunching the loose control cable. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (f) Checking the connection and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working.

(E) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/ over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions, of the LT/CT/ Hoist motion push buttons and lights/ VVVF switch including reassembling the unit complete NOTE :- 1. Gear box oil shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 3 ton capacioty EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-winding of 7.5 HP, 3 Phase 415 volt electric motor .of any make after disconnecting motor electrically and mechanically system from the elevated height and transporting to workshop for repairs, taking out burnt winding wire, cleaning the rotor and stator properly, rewinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire as per existing gauge, varnishing /drying etc complete, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size, reassembling the motor, shifting and installing at original position , making electrical and mechanical connections and testing for proper working complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 3 here-in-before but for size 2HP complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F control transformer copper wound 2000 VA capacity and 415 volts including taking down old unserviceable transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F and making all connections for limit switch 40 Amps 415 Volts all as per existing for LT/CT/ hoist motion of 5 ton capacity crane including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F flame proof thruster unit complete as per existing of capacity 18kg including taking down unserviceable thruster unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gear oil grade 680 suitable for hydraulic thruster brake complete all as directed.

S&F brake liner set suitable for 100 mm dia drum for LT/CT motion of 5 ton capacity FLP crane including taking down unserviceable brake liner set complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F brake liner set suitable for 160 mm dia drum for hoist motion of 5 ton capacity FLP crane including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F torque springs suitable for 6 kg capacity 100 mm dia drum brakes of LT/CT motion, including taking out the old unserviceable torque spring complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No. 12 here-in-before but 9 kg capacity and 160mm dia drum for LT/CT /hoist motion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, power contactor 20 Amps with 2 NO + 2NC complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs, power contactor 25 Amps with 2 NO + 2NC complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs, power contactor 32 Amps with 2 NO + 2NC complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs, push button with element in push button box as per require color code complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply , fixing and making all connection Rotary limit switch capacity 40 Amps 415 volts all as per existing for LT/CT/Hoist motion of 5 ton capacity crane, including taking down old unserviceable rotary limit switch complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, brake shoe of crane of capacity 5 ton as per existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for radiography testing of crane main hook block by approved firm from BARC Mumbai complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Original film and testing report shall be be submitted by the contractor.

Supply, programmed, testing & commissioning of AC drive, 5.5kW V/F control operated on 3 phase 415 Volt AC for hoist control CT/LT motor of EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of cable or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes, foundation of pole etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including spreading, levelling, hand punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks locally available best quality laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable laid flat with length for brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole, fixing of post, etc. including for use of necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of steel tubular poles, struts of any size including foundation concrete, coping, cross arms, bracings, insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 9 meter long with MS base plate 300x300x6 mm welded to base complete all as per type 410 - SP - 31 including two coats of aluminium paint and with black paint at bottom over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earthwork, PCC foundation & coping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Dismantling unserviceable stay assembly complete including demolition of foundation concrete & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Stay assembly comprising of 14 mm dia iron stay bow, stay strand wire of size 7/3.15 mm with stay rod of diameter 16 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Loop type insulator, excavation & earthwork, PCC foundation concrete measured separately)

M & L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green with overall dimensions 90 mm x 140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm suitable for 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc complete all as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps, stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed, including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductors of any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables, insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductors (weasel type) for LT OH lines on poles including stringing, binding with & including aluminium wire, 14 SWG or aluminium tape including jumpers complete connecting of disconnected cable, service cable and street light connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Stringing / stretching, including jointing in situ of each span not more than 45 m between two electric poles having 4 Nos of ACSR of any size including GI earth continuity wire, with/ without guarding wires on electric poles of any size at different locations all as ordered to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium tapes after stringing complete as ordered . (Note :- One span including 4 wire of LT over head line and 2 Nos of earth wire.)

All as per item No 38 here in before but for 2 Nos of ACSR.

M & L for prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 m on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto 150 m away each span not exceeding 45 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable / corroded LT feeder pillar box/ DB Box/ Bus bar Chamber of any sizes or types (after disconnecting of all electrical connection, including dismantling of supporting framework, foundation concrete etc., disconnection of all electrical connections) complete for replacement with new one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning CPRI approved LT feeder pillar box of suitable size (leg of the feeder pillar should not be less than 600mm length) out door type, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame, made up of not less than ISA 40 x 40 x 6 mm, factory made duly fixed on the ground by PCC foundation 1:2:4 Type B-1 of size 700mm x300mm x600mm on the adjacent pairs of leg & net cementing the same. The feeder pillar box should duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (internally & externally) on the surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The feeder pillar box shall be cubical shaped, roof canopy type, with special type of heavy duty industrial door hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangements & comprises of following electrical items. INCOMING: (i) Aluminium bus bar 4 strips (covered with colour coded insulated PVC sleeves) 200 Amps capacity, 60-70 cm long including connection etc complete – 01 Set (ii) Indicator lamp for RYB phase -01 set (iii) MCCB 63-80 Amps 415 Volts, Thermal Magnetic release with adjustable over load setting and adjustble short circuit setting,4 pole, ,Ics=100% Icu,25 kA breaking capacity.= 01 Nos. Make : L & T Cat Part No. CM91712OOJOOG or equivalent in Schneider/ Legrand. (i) MCB Four Pole 40Amp, C curve , Breaking capacity 10kA - 05 Nos Make L&T or equivalent in Schneider / Legrand Note-- All cables in the feeder pillar box should be properly glanded and thimbled as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out old unserviceable LT underground cable of any size from trenches / wall / floor / road / culverts or pole including taking up bricks laid as cable protection, GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for relaying old serviceable UG cable of any size/ type in trenches or on wall/ roof etc. after necessary repair/ rerouting works complete all as specified and as directed. Note :New bricks as sand protecting, cushioning GI pipe shall measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 185 sqmm 3.5core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting the faulty/damaged/burnt end portion of the UG cables of cross sectional area 25sqmm to 35 sqmm 3.5 core and making good end termination with and including suitable size of aluminium thimble/lugs duly crimped with crimping tool and refixing its own position, including Insulation tape, nut ,bolts etc as required in distribution boards/LT Panel boards/Change over switches complete all as specified and directed. Note :Necessary excavation, earth work should be measured and paid separately if reqd.

Disconnecting from LT poles or transformer and taking up loop of underground cable , of sizes of cross- sectional area 70-120 sqmm 3.5 cutting the faulty damaged portion of cable , replace with new end termination outdoor heat shrink type including excavation, returning filling and all connected materials complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Necessary excavation , sand cushioning ,cable cover as bricks etc should be measured and paid separately)
