BOQ (REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FENCING IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STATION SURATGARH)

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground; posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface (soft /loose soil) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 mixed 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for MS work as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops as required flat iron fillet( for securing wire mess) including necessary drilling holes, notching for wires etc confirming to fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work of rolled mild steel conforming to Fe-290 (GdeE165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting, running rails & guides) and hanging, fastening & fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screws bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one and screwed the other, each screwed end have one washer and one nut, dia of shank 11-15mm and length of bolt exc 15cm and n exc 22.5cm.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel surface of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing fixed in slots of Angle iron posts /RCC post or any other description and all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling concertina coil 1050mm dia of coil fixed in slots of Angle iron posts of any description and all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire (Except materials) 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for concertina coil 1050 mm dia of coil, fixed on angle iron frames over RCC/Brick wall including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only for concertina coil 1050 mm dia of coil,(Except materials) fixed on angle iron frames over RCC/Brick wall including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS fencing mesh size (100mmX150mm), fixed to flat iron rails with RCC/Angle iron post complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S/F Mild steel round bars conforming to Gde I (IS: 432 part-I) 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing new steel & iron surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Restraining and resecuring making good staples of old serviceable barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus (except brick) built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment), in camouflaging patterns , including preparation over new plastered surfaces with water proof primer complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
