Boys' Hostel Old Building Gallery Staff Quarters Warden Residence: Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Boys' Hostel Old Building Gallery: Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floor/wall with different sizes with required thickness with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints.

Staff Quarters: Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of the Institute.

Staff Quarters: Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Staff Quarters: Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Staff Quarters: Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of Birla/ Asian/ Opus white putty, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Warden Residences: Dismantling chequered tile work in floor sand roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25mm and up to 40 mm

Mahasu Bhawan Railing: Dismantling/taking out steel work inbuilt up sections in angles, tees, stainless steel flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Warden Residences: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Mahasu Bhawan Railing: Structural steel work in built up single section, M.S sheets chequered plate/sheet etc. fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
