Safety equipments & Scaffolding equipments have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done upto the height of Sluice Valve and Non Return Valves from the ground level. The same includes loading,unloading & cartage charges etc.

Repairing/Servicing/ Overhauling of Upadhaya Make sluice valve of size 350 mm dia. for delivery side for pump set no. 4 and suction side for pump set no.6 at Dallupura SPS by carrying out the following work: Removing of wheel along with complete gear box from the sluice valve stem, Opening/cutting of all nut bolts/studs of upper dome(Bonnet) of sluice valve body, Yoke and Gland Plate bolts

Lifting of yoke & bonnet with the help of EOT, labor arrangement to take it to safer place in the pump house as per site requirement.

Taking out complete wedge from the Sluice Valve body by lifting with the help of EOT crane & manual arrangement arrangement. Cleaning of body seat rings of Sluice Valve from inside by chemical solution and polishing by manual arrangement. Cleaning of Sluice Valve wedge facing rings by chemical solution, emery paper etc. and polishing as required.

Closing of Sluice valve from top by fixing of blank flange on the top of sluice valve

Repairing of spindle holder seat on the wedge by cutting of worn out seat and machining and making of new collar seat on the wedge.

Renovation of yoke sleeve collar seat by cutting of all worn out seat and making of new collar seat on the yoke of sluice valve body

Fixing of complete wedge in Sluice valve body with proper matching of both the seat rings of body & wedge rings, fixing of wedge nut along with stem, fixing of bonnet after replacing of gasket & damaged nut bolts/studs, fixing of yoke with the help of lifting arrangement & manual labour etc & tightening of nut bolts with spanner, fixing of Gland packing and Gland Plate etc. with the help of manual labour arrangement etc. as required by job.

Transportation charges to & fro for T&P items , men & material at sire and their handling etc.

Overhauling of complete gear box of the sluice valve i/c greasing and fixing the same on the sluice valve and taking trial run of sluice valve as required by the dep.

Repairing/Servicing/ Overhauling of Upadhaya Make Non return Valves of size 350 mm dia of pump set no. 2,4 & 5 at Dallupura SPS by carrying out the following works: Cutting of nut bolts of delivery line bend, dismantling joint, reducer & Non return valve of both end Flange with the help of gas cutter & taking out the specials from the delivery line one by one like dismantling joint, reducer, bend from the line & finally NRV from the delivery line & putting them on safer Place in the pump house. Fixing of blank flange on both side of delivery line by providing of nut bolts & rubber packing sheet.

Lifting of complete Non return valve with the help of H.O.T/E.O.T crane, heavy manual labour arrangement & loading in the tempo for taking it to workshop for servicing & renovation purpose including unloading in the workshop & cartage for the same.

Cutting and opening of all nut bolts of N.R.V body cover plate. Lifting of body cover with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Taking out complete Disc & Shaft from the N.R.V body by lifting with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Cleaning of body seat ring of N.R.V from inside by chemical solution and polishing by manual arrangement. Cleaning of disc retaining seat ring by chemical solution, emery paper etc. and polishing as required.

Making of damaged collar seat in the NRV body of one side block for resting of disc holding shaft block. The job includes grinding, machining and special C.I welding as required to make a proper size.

Renovation of disc holding blocks by fixing of new bushes in the bore as per the size of NRV shaft. The job includes removing of worn out seat & making of proper size & fixing of new bushes.

Renovation of Disc by fixing of new bushes on holding brackets in the bores with proper alignment of all bores and as per the size of shaft.

Supply of cover bolts & seat. (IS: 1367 Class 4.6/4.0)

Fixing of complete disc with arm in N.R.V body by proper matching of both the seat rings of body & disc, Fixing of body cover with the help of Tripod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement etc after replacing of rubber gasket & damaged cover bolts & tightening of nut bolts with spanner etc. as required by job. Taking out blank flange from both ends & fixing of N.R.V & other specials of delivery line with the help of HOT/EOT crane lifting arrangement etc. after replacing of rubber gasket & damaged nut bolts & tightening of nut bolts with spanner etc. as required by job.

Loading of complete N.R.V in the tempo from the workshop to the site & unloading the same from the tempo with the help of H.O.T/E.O.T crane & manual labour arrangement including cartage charges.
