Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 15 KVA Prime Power Rated Silent Type Diesel Generator Set Comprising of Liquid Cooled, Electric Start Design Engine directly coupled with AC Brushless Alternator 01 Phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz @ 0.8 P.F Self Excited, Self Regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM, circuit breaker of suitable rating, Genset parameter monitoring and engine safety protection, radiator, integral fuel tank, residential silencer, battery charging alternator, battery with connecting cables and accessories in all respect fitted in Acoustic enclosure (Sound Proof) CPCB Compliant, similar to Genset of Make: Kirloskar Green, Engine Model- HA294G1 or its equivalent etc., as required. The rate shall be inclusive of first fill of lube oil and coolant, consumables like fuel etc., necessary for an hour of test run at full load, freight , transportation, load, unloading and positioning of Genset at worksite.

Providing earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns, length 2 mtr, outer dia 50 mm, inner dia 19 mm and inner space be filled with crystalline conductive mixture including filling -up with electrolite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required. (Ashlok) (Proof/ Test Certificate should be enclosed)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supplying of Following XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG Cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (part-I) and IS No: 1554 (part-I) 1988 as applicable Make: Clooster/ havells / Polycab/ RR cable or its equivalent etc., as required. a) 25 Sq.mm x 3.5 Core

Supplying and Laying of One Number Double Walled Corrugated High Density Poly thylene pipe having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall conforming to IS: 16205 (part-24-2018) complete with necessary HDPE filling for protection of 1.1 KV grade directly in ground at the depth of 30 cm i/c excavation and refilling the trench etc., as required. a) 50 mm outer dia & 38 inner dia nominal size

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3½ X 25 sq. mm (28mm)

Supplying and fixing of 63 Single Pole onload Changeover switch with side handle in sheet steel enclosure complete as required.
