Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter (HSR 9.57.2)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as per clause 304 of MORT&H specifications including removing slush. Note:- Cost of dewatering up to 5 per cent of labour & machinery cost may be added, where required. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site conditions.

Providing and laying Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete M-15 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical 1500, 1700 and 2100 of MORT&H Specifications. (HSR 15.8.1) including Form work/centering and Shuttering etc.

Providing and laying Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete M-35 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical 1500, 1700 and 2100 of MORT&H Specifications. (HSR 15.8.8.2) including Form work/centering and Shuttering etc.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications MORT&H clause 1600 (HSR 15.45)

Construction of embankment, sub grade and shoulders of approaches of bridge with soil of minimum CBR (4 days soaked) of 8% obtained from borrow pit with all lead and lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305. The finished road surface will be as per X-section and L-section given in the Detail estimate with respect to GTS. At no place top of sub grade of raised road will be less than 0.90 m above adjoining NSL. NSL for a block of 100m will be worked as mean of 6 levels taken on 20 m center to center length of road. These six levels are at three location on both side one at edge ROW. Other at 5 m and 10 m away from ROW. In case the quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less than 445.50 cum. Then actual quantity (less than 445.50 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 445.50 cum, then only 445.50 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Further it shall be ensured that atleast 500 mm of sub grade with earth of CBR 8%. shall be constructed at each location. Wherever any cutting of existing subgrade is required on this account excavation as well as handling and disposal of earthwork to accommodate minimum 500mm thick subgrade of minimum 8% CBR shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Before start of work, L-section shall be got approved from the employer with respect to GTS. Note: If soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency will do appropriate stabilization as per IRC –SP-89-2010 as approved by SE-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work. No earth work will be allowed from PWD land.

Providing & laying 200 mm Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material - Grading-II (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. Grading II material Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick bituminous concrete (BC) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG -30 @ 5.2% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlto the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications Note: - I If bitumen required more than 5.2% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. II - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti – stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor. III - Where there is only BC on existing black top, cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification 5th revision clause No. 3004.3, which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification 5th revision respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for cracks sealed but no payment on this account shall be made as crack filling is incidental to work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17.24)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG - 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as pertechnical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with Batch type hot mix plant 100-120 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG -30 @3.4% transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501. 7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications Grading II (19 mm nominal size) Note: - I If bitumen required is more than 3.40% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made and extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. II - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a continuous type of hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less not less than 75 tonne per hour, with bituminous binder VG - 10 @ 1.46 kg per sqm, laid with Paver Finisher Mechanical and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H specifications.

Type B with VG -10 bituminous binder Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat premixed in continuous type HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using specified fine aggregates and penetration rade bitumen @0.68 kg/sqm laid to specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per technical clause 511 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and laying Plain/Reinforced cement concrete M-35 in sub- structure complete as per drawing and MORT&H MoRT&H Specifications 1500,1700 and 2200 (HSR 27.12.1.2) including Form work/centering and Shuttering etc.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications Clause 1600& 2200 (HSR 27.13)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ retum wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V :20H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications clause 2706 & 2200 (HSR 27.15)

Back tilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and MoRT&H Specification clause 710.1.4 of IRC:78and 2200 : Granular material (HSR 27.16.1)

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRT H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and MoRT&H Specification clause 710.1.4 of IRC:78and 2200. (HSR 27.17)

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete M-35 in super- structure as per drawing and MoRT&H clause 1500, 1600. 1700 and 2300 of MORT&H Specification (HSR 27.31.1.1). including Form work/centering and Shuttering etc.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and MoRT&H clause 1600 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 27.38)

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing no. SD/205 and MoRT&H MoRT&H specification clause 2705 with 6 meter long GI 100 mm dia drainage GI light grade pipe (For Bridges)For fixing in position (HSR 27.44.2)

Providing and fixing in position 20 mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement up to 20 mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and MoRT&H specifications clause 2604. (HSR 27.51.3)

(HSR 34.26) Note:- 1. A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2.Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm up to a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 8 73 part 4: 1973 (HSR 34.33)

Providing and fixing of standard Metal Delineator as per IRC 79:2019 consisting of retro reflective area in white colour using Microprismatic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per Class C table specification. The delineator shall be painted with only black colour powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of retro reflective sheeting only in white colour shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall have height not less than 800 mm above ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below ground while being installed. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheet vandal proof. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc or as desired by site engineer. The product shall be provided with 3 year outdoor warranty report tested in India condition as per IRC 67: 2012 requirement (HSR 34.37)

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification : Boulder Laid Dry Without Wire Crates Including excavation for trimming for preparation of bed. Nominal excavation required for preparation of bed has been taken into account while making provision for labour. (HSR 35.6) complete as perMoRT&H specification clause 2503.

Boulder Apron Laid in Wire Crates : Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each Including excavation for trimming for preparation of bed (HSR 35.7) complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 2503.
