Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, copper wound floor mounted step down transformer, 11000/433 Volts (at on load), AC 3 phase 50Hz capacity 200 KVA, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural, Air natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (Vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping range ±7.5% in steps of 2.5% each at HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on and ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be IS: 1180/2014 level-2 marked and shall comprise of the following:-(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary) consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers with one No. cable gland suitable for reception/ taking out 3 core 95 Sqmm HT 11KV grade, XLPE heavy duty armoured cable including gland joint and jointing material complete.

(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers with one Nos. cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out of 120Sqmm 3½ core LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured cables including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill delhydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One No. 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with re-setting device. (h) Two earthing terminals to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(k) Oil level gauge (l) Oil drain filler valve (m) Lifting lugs (n) Oil filing hole with cap/plug with connecting plate complete (o) Air release valve plug (p) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers (q) Extra bushing for neutral in th LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral (r) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS:335 marked (Make : Savita/ Power link) filtered and tested upto 40KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick and buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with GI strip of size 32 x 06 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 complete, all as specified including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 32 mm dia light grade for GI strip protection up to 7.5 mtr and GI tubing 20 mm for watering including GI funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fabricating , testing , commissioning & installing factory fabricated LT Panel board , outdoor type , floor mounted , cubical design type , lock and hood on top and centre opening , double door , wth locking arrangement , made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet as per IS & IP protection IP 54, supplied by CPRI approved manufacturer, with bus bar compartments and including Aluminium bus bars, four strips colour coded for each phase of rating 450 amps for phase and half for neutral, mounted on hygroscopic/epoxy coated insulators and necessary copper stranded conductor control wiring , cable gland etc. compartmental MCCB , mounted on angle iron frame anti rust painted 50mm x 50mm x 5mm of height 0.60 M above ground lavel and 0.6 M below ground level totally enclosed & completely weather , dust & vermin proof , cable in / out holes , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire , 415 Volts , 50 Hz , AC supply, cable glands duly powder coated panel , PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B2 using 20 mm graded aggreegates including necessary earthwork & excavation etc and complete all as directed and comprising of the following Items with all clearance as per IE rule all as specified and directed : -

Material and labour XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed), grade cross sectional area 3 core 95 sq mm.

Material and labour cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sq mm to 95 Sq mm

Material and labour cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sq mm to 95 Sq mm

Material & labour Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 75 KVA

Supply and fix pre-painted aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering / cladding to wall , fixed with self-tapping screws as specified . Make : TATA/Jindal

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel angles confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, of size 40x40x6 mm as in frame work for door frame including flat iron hold fasts, all cutting, welding, finishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Soft / Loose soil, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 10 Sqm on plain area and n exc 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and surface finished even and smooth all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick each, excavated soils in trenches after laying of pipes and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soils] to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, cast in situ, and including necessary formwork as in copings, steps, lintels up to 1.5m span, parapets, railings, for raising floors below shelves, platform below water tanks, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers of class HV type-1, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm all as specified & as directed.

Supply and Spread dry river unwashed sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified and directed by EIC.
