SH I: Supply

Item No. 1: Supply of LT power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-1 1988 with upto date amendments as required.

Item No. 2: Supply of high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe with pressure rating PN 6 grade PE 63 confirming to IS 4984:2016 with latest amendment, complete with all associated accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. complete as per site requirement as per technical specifications.

Item No. 3: Supply of following LT Control Cables, Solid Copper Conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC Innersheathed, Armoured, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988 with upto date amendments as required.

SH II: Laying

Item No. 4: Laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part II complete with cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Item No. 5: Laying, Jointing and commissioning of HPDE pipe by trenchless method by carrying out Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) along or across various fexible or rigid pavement like Runway or Taxiway and service Road or Drain etc. at various site or location as per the drawing approved by AAI including survey, information collection regarding underground utilities, sensing of utilities by sensing equipment, pit making, pilot drilling, pre-reaming, pulling the supplied duct of various size as per the design invert level and Providing baricades and necessary warning signal lights, restoration of Paved Surfaces or Utilities etc. as required.

Item No. 6: Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/DWC/HDPE/ METAL pipe as required.

Item No. 6.02: Above 35 sq.mm and Upto 95 sq.mm

Item No. 6.03: Above 95 sq.mm and Upto 185 sq.mm

Item No. 7: Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required.

Item No. 7.02: Above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm

Item No. 7.03: Above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm

Item No. 8: Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Item No. 9: Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Item No. 10: Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Item No. 11: Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Item No. 12: Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Item No. 13: Providing, laying and fixing following dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required.

Item No. 14: Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 15: Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc., including form work etc as required.

Item No. 16: Constructing of double bond brick masonry manhole of 100 x 100 x 75 cm in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 along with MS cover 6mm thick hinged on angle frame for support with lockable arrangement.
