REPAIR AND MAINT OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, HEATING APPLIANCES, SOLAR APPLIANCES AT ZONE-I AND ZONE-II UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF GE (A) JAISALMER

Supply & fix including taking down for the following items in :-

(a) Fan condenser, 2.5 Mfd, 240 volts for ceiling/Exhaust fan including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Fan condenser, 4 Mfd, 240 volts for ceiling/Exhaust fan including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Fan regulator electronic Modular step type, 120 watts, 1 module/2 Module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Steppped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing sheet 120 watts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Rubber reel insulator, 3 Nos nut bolt, washer and lock pin complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) Ceiling fan blade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(g) Exhaust fan blade size up to 450 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(h) Ceiling fan hook for fixing fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Rate quoted by the Contractor shall deemed to inclusive of chipping of RCC slab for exposing of reinforcement and insertion & taying of fan hook and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing specification.

(j) Ceiling fan downrod suitable size with brass bolt and nut, GI hook/pin as per requirement of site of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down ceiling fan / Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan/Air circulator fan of any sweep sealing cable ends dismanting blade and removing fan and blade to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix including taking down for ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix including taking down for ball bearing suitable for exhaust fans up to 450mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix including taking down for brass GM bush suitable for fan any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rewinding of fan of any sweep with supper enameled copper wire of gauge as per existing winding including varnishing and drying complete reassembling & testing complete for following sizes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm Sweep

(b) Exhaust Fan of size 250/300/380 mm

(c) Exhaust Fan of size 400/450 mm

(d) Wall mounted fan 450 mm Sweep

(e) Air circulator 600 mm sweep

M&L for Painting to ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete in situ as per existing colour with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using mechanical spraying including filling cavity with filler after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixng only ceiling fan and connecting up including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixng only exhaust fan/Wall Mounting/Air circulator and connecting up including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25/50 ltrs of any type and make, in MES store Yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing storage type water heater storage type capacity 25/50 ltrs of any type and checking the serviceablity of all parts of such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly completet (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note :-Supply only for parts against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete of size 20mm including union, bends and tees complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L including taking down for submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (Red,black & green for single phase) circuit with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) in PVC conduit including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross sectinal area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) of continous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Two runsof 4.00 Sqmm cable & one run of 4.00 Sqmm cable shall be paid as one unit length)

M & L including taking down for submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (Red,black & green for single phase) circuit with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area of 6.00 Sqmm (FRLS) in PVC casing caping including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross sectinal area of 6.00 Sqmm (FRLS) of continous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Two runs of 6.00 Sqmm cable & one run of 6.00 Sqmm cable shall be paid as one unit length)
