ADDITION / ALTERATION TO BLDG. NO P-86 AND 87 (32 QTRS) OF GANESHKHIND AREA AT DRDO ESTATE UNDER GE(I) RnD PASHAN, PUNE

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling 10mm to 25mm thick including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specially provided for including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in pavements/sub base of floor laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm in floor (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on screed bed as bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified tiles (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick rendering/backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Ceramic Anti-skid floor tiles (area of each tiles exc 0.09sqm and n.exc 0.16 sqm) of (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, fume Red Brown, laid on screed bed as bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete all as speciied and directed.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 300x450 conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick rendering/backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Provide and fix Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Light shade pigment using white cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20 to 25mm thick in single piece as in platform of WHB or similar work bedded and jointed in cement slury complete all as specified and directed.
