| 1 | Repair & maintenance of geyser of 15/25/50 Ltrs capacity of any make, carefully by disconnecting elect & water connection, dismantling and inspecting all the parts, for its serviceability, cleaning of serviceable parts i.e. heating element, base assy, connecting lead, thermostat, electrical contact, electrical wiring, indicators, safety valves, vacuum control/pressure reducing valve, PVC connection, inner tank, outer tank, glass wool insulation etc and refixing the same after replacement of unserviceable parts matching with existing make and sizes as mentioned above, re-assembling, reconnecting, refixing with electrical & water connections and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Notes- (i) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.
