Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity) in all kinds of soil including all types of rocks excluding hard rock over areas including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, transporting and unloading to the embankment/filling location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Banking excavated Earth/ordinary rock in layers not excceding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with earth compactor/ vibratory roller of minimum 8-12 tonne capacity including leveling to the required grade and camber, dressing etc. in embankments to achieve desired density as per the direction of Enginner-in-charge. (a) All kinds of soil including ordinary rock. (As per MoRTH specifications)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.:Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. (i) All works upto plinth level (a) Concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg /cum.

Preparation of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, conforming to specifications mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by mechanical transport to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mechanical means including neatly leveling & dressing on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching and mixing plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using Ordinary Portland Cement of 45/53 grade or Portland Pozzolana Cment or Portland Slag cement conforming as per relevant IS codes, to be mixed at site, with 0.5% Super plasticizer by mass of cementitious material, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/desing as approved by the Engineer-In-charge using Slip form Paver or Fiexed form paver including anti friction layer, joint filler board, making necessary provision for expansion, dummy and construction joint including filling with Polysulphide sealant fo approved make, curing and making profile, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and specifications, The item for execution shall include all operations making pavement for intended use but not limited to following: (i) Polyethylene sheet (White in color) of thickness 400 micron conforming to IS: 2508 with 6mm thick fine sand layer. (ii) Proving and laying in position for expansion joint, 25mm thick pre-cut Synthetic joint filler board of approved make conforming to IS : 1838(Part 3)-2011, 45mm from top(to be removed at the time of filling of Ploysulphide sealant). (iii) Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. (iv) Proving and laying in position Ploysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BSD-5212-1990 or IS::P 11433-1995 in expansion/ construction/ dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Ploysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. as per the details below: (a) Expansion joint of size 25mm wide and 10mm deep oer 30mm dia expanded closed-cell Ployethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufactures's specifications and specified sketch. (b) Construction Joints of size 10mm wide and 10mm deep over 12mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufactures's specifications and specified sketch. (c) Dummy Joints of size 10mm wide and 10mm deep over 12mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufactures's specifications and specified sketch. (v) Making profile as per DGCA CAR, panel drawing showing dummy, construction, expansion joints location. Note: (i) Areas inaccessible to paving equipment shall be constructed by manual/hand guided method. Areas in which manual/hand guided methods of construction become indispensable shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in writing in advance. (ii) The quantity of cement, type of cement and super plastizcizer for one cum. of finished concerete specified are for tendering purpose only. The contractor shall quote his rates assuming quantity of OPC cement as 360 Kgt/Cum or 400Kg of Portland Pozzolana Cement/Portland Slag cement. in addition, if the actual quantity of cement & super plasticizer required as per loboratory mix design varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of cement and super plasitcizer as per mix design, if any, shall be done as per the rate of cement and super platicizer in actual supply voucher from manufacturer/authorized dealer at the time of excution. In the case of authorized distrubutor, the rate may be authenticated by the manufacturer. The rate of cement and super plasticizer exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign mater;al etc. and lining out complete.: New work (Two or more coats)

Providind and Erecting 2.4 mtr high temporary barricading at site. The item shall consist followings( Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work):- (i)Providing and erecting 2.40 metre high temporary barricading at site made of M.S Sheet 1.63mm thick as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and Painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenence for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing over the 2.4 m heigh temporary barricades with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall including angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I.'staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.)/Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre(cost of M.S. angle shall included in the item)

Carrying out Plate Load test to determine Modulus of Subgrade reaction (K - value) at sugrade/ subbase / base layer or at locations decided by the Engineer-In-Charge as per IS Code 9214-1979 and submission of test results as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge. The test should be carried out by the specialised agency/ firm as approved by the Engineer -In Charge.

Supplying and filling river sand in excavated areas below taxiway, shoulder, apron, link taxiway, runway, road etc. as per specification to the specified level/grade including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc all complete as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge. (As per MoRTH specifications)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality EHD - 35 (a) Circular shape 560 mm internal dia

Providing and laying Non-pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. 300 mm dia R.C.C. pipe.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Preparation and submission of adequate drainage plan after study of inflow from Apron and surrounding by engaging consultatnt based on site conditions and providing structural design of Storm water RCC drain/ Box Culvert and other related structure along with soft copy, hard copy of design/drawings, layout duly vetted from Govt. Engineering College/ IIT/NIT in all respect complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : (a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Dismantling of Fiexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication & Supply of rectangular type MS transformer housing box of outer size 750mm(L) x 350 mm(W) x 450 mm (H) made out of 6mm thick MS sheet all around of outer & inner plate except top & bottom plate of 10mm thick with three nos.of compartment,top opening on both side of compartment covered with providing 10mm thick rectangular MS cover plate of size 350mm x 210mm,3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket, 8 Nos. M-10 SS bolts,washer etc. and opening of middle compartment with 6 Nos. M-10 tapped hole at hole centre of 260mm to recieve bolts for installation of existing light fitting/dummy cover plate and having four nos. clear hole on side surface at 75 mm above from bottom surface and a hole at other side surface at centre 250mm height from bottom to receive 50mm outer dia. HDPE Pipe along with provision of a hole at side surface to receive 15mm dia. GI earthing pipe etc. as required as directed by EIC.The box shall provided with two nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 30 mm tapped inside of compartment,suitable cutout in both inner side of middle campartment to primary cable connection to isolating transformer and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped hole to receive 15 mm dia, "B" class GI pipe in each of three compartment including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint etc. complete as required as per tender specification and design approved by EIC.

Installation of rectangular type MS Transformer housing box of size 750mm x 350mm X 450mm height on Apron/Taxiway shoulder at suitable depth along the civil construction works i/c providing & fixing three nos. 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water,threaded type hard PVC checknut for all 50mm outer dia. HDPE Pipe to receiving inside housing box along with checknut for receiving earthing pipe making suitable slope of cement concrete1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of raised height of box with existing surface to meet the ICAO requirement i/c leveling of housing box with suitable instrument,cutting & threading of HDPE pipes etc. complete as per technical specifications, terms and conditions and as directed by EIC.

Supply of M.S. dummy plate of 10 mm thickness suitable for installation on the existing transformer housing box of 300mm dia with 6 Nos holes suitable to receive M 10 SS bolts etc complete as required.

Installation of 300 mm dia. MS dummy cover plate on the existing transformer housing box with providing & fixing of the 3mm thick new neoprene rubber gasket, 6 Nos. M 10 SS Bolts, washers etc complete as required.

Supply of 50mm outer dia. ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:2016, of rating PE 80, PN 10 with 4mm nylone rope etc. complete as required.

Laying of 50 mm outer dia. HDPE pipe along with 4mm nylon rope with accessories like socket, couplers, bends etc. complete with fiitings, cutting, jointing wherever applicable to connect the consecutive transformer housing boxes and transformer housing box to the other fitting/ location. The laying shall be in Apron/Taxiway shoulder at suitable depth along the civil construction works etc complete as required as directed by EIC.

Supply and laying of 15mm outer dia B class(medium) G.I. pipe as per IS 1239 Part-1 updated i/c socket, connection etc. applicable to connect the transformer housing box at earthing pit/ other location. The laying shall be in Apron/Taxiway shoulder at suitable depth along the civil construction works etc complete as required as directed by EIC.
