Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick, jumper work blasting hard and soft rock chiseling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited and disposal of all ececavated earth work in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited including dewatering in saturated soil and stacking the excavated earth/metarials upto all leads and lifts up to all lifts, not exceeding more than 3.0mtr. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Foundation footing bases of column and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1:cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal sixe) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1:cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sixe) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Placing of mild steel/tor steel (reinforcement for RCC work) including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Foundation and Plinth in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) above plinth level up to floor two level (2nd class bricks) with in all leads and lifts, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 sand) above plinth level up to floor two level (2nd class bricks) in Supper Structure

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat rough sides of bricks/ stone masonary for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or including arrises rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement morta 1:6 (1cement:6sand) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing wall with water profing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Manufacturing and supplying of fencing pannel of size 1.20mx 1.80m Jali 25mm x25mm welded to M.S balck tube of 32mm dia of 14 guage mm thick with M.S flats 20mm x3mm welded all around the pipe pannel two on both sides and providing hold fasts 7 Nos of MS flat or 32mmx3mm thickness havingcosting of tee of size 15cmsx15cms tee acting as hold fasts including cutting welding painting with red oxide paint to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Stone Soling properly hand packed filling in interstices consolidating with spals and murum of earth etc 100mm spread thickness ( finshed work including meterials and labour) with in all leads and lift as per the direction of engineer in charge.

WHITE GLAZED TILES 6mm IN FLOORING ,TREAD ,STEPS and LANDING LAID ON A BED 12 mm THICK CEMENT MORTOR (1:3) FINISHED WITH FLUSHED POINTING IN WHITE CEMENT.

Providing and laying ISI Factor/made chamfered edge Cement Concrete 80 mm thick C.C. Paver block in footpath, parks, lawns, drive Ways,or light trafic parking etc. Of required strength ,thickness and size / shape, made by table ibratory method using PU mould ,laid in required colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand ,compacting and proper embedding /laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator , filing the joints with sand and cuttung of oer blocks as per required sizeand pattern, finishing and weeping extra sand complete all as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing , laying, jointing with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) GI flanged pipes after every 100 mtr of pipe of following diametr .Conforming to IS 1239-1990 (Part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes.The M.S. Flanges are to be provided 5% of total joints and remaining 95% joints with butt welded joints as detailed below. (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut and bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of tees i.e. lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ LandT or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing, D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction anddirection of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. flanges 5% joint flanged of various dia (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 with latest with up to date ammendments with PE MSERW/G.I Pipe by two layers on outer face and one layer on inner face to make the joint leak proof as per site requirement. ( The cost of providing and laying of MSERW/GI pipes and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for seprately) .The welding of flanges should confirm to IS 816-1969 with electrod as per IS 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts confirm to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet not, the thickness of gasket sheet not less than 3.00 mm confirm to IS 2712-1998.
