Necessary hoisting arrangement including derrick, lifting tools, slings etc. necessary for lifting to by pass gate.
Taking out the gate from its position
Through cleaning the by-pass gate and repairing CI penstock gate.
supply and fitting fixing of GM liner (88:10:2) of the CI gate.
Maching the CI gate.
Mfg. supply of EN -24 steel lead screw.
construction of gate foundation with necessary foundation nut bolt, cement , sand etc.
Mfg. and supply of GM lead nut (88:10:2) to match the lead screw
Apply two coat of anti corrosive epoxy paint of approved make pof the gate after surface preparation
Assembling fitting fixing and lowering the repaired by-pass gate
Commissioning the by-pass gate after proper greasing.
