Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments including 25mm thick sand filling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work using sub class 'B' brick, old size bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing pre cast cement concrete set in cement mortar 1:4 of Type B1 1:2:4( 20mm graded aggregate) window or door cill,lintels, bresuuumners, steps qoins blocks ( for use with masonary ) string, courses, coping.kneelers apex stones, pies caps, cloumns, posts, boundary pillers, bed plates, pimtle blocks, bonders ( for stone wallin) corbels, brackets etc ( of any section indicated), with plain fair, faces including chamfers, whethering throat-ing etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing pre cast cement concrete set in cement mortar 1:4 of Type B1 1:2:4( 20mm graded aggregate) in ladings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair, etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 6mm dia to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape require,including cranking,bending spirally for hopping for columns,hook-ing ends and binding ith and including mild steel wire(annealed)not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming,complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm bore of reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointer complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/concrete surfaces finished the surface complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing hollow PVC wall lining consisting of plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement, PVC frame and all necessary items for fixing at site, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 600 x 600mm for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level all fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over aluminium snap grid 600mmx600mm frame work or metal frame work complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18/19mm thick prelaminated HDMR board, interior grade, with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws as in shelves/shutters complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing continuous (piano) hinges, width of flaps (when open) in 40mm mild steel bright finish or electrogalvanised complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm long Hasp and staple, safety type, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws.

Supply and fixing 75 to 80mm long brass handle complete all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring for One light point/Fan point controlled by one switch/regulator complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor FRLS grade cable of 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20mm bore with conduit accessories concealed on wall and ceiling/roof etc, with provn for fixing modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.2 mm thick of suitable modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover 3mm thick as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:- NOTE: (i) Modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable cover plate for mounting switch, sockets, regulator etc. and cost of cutting chases & making good as existing to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.(ii) Modular fittings/fixtures such as switch, socket, regulator, etc., shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant item.

Supply and fixing modular switch 1 way 6A, 240 volts, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular socket, 6A, 240 volts, 2/3 pin combined 2 module, flush type complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixingceiling rose surface PVC/Polycarbonate, isolated body with face Bakelite 65x50 mm three terminal complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for distribution board made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof, double door, SPN 4 way, 240 volts grade with 200 Amps insulated rated bus bar, earth bar IP- 43 & IK-09, door earthing flush to wall, including testing suitable for fixing MCB SPN, SP etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing MCB of SP 6 to 32 Amps current carrying capacity, 240V, 10KA 'C' curve fixed in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning including taking down old unsv one from the site complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm single core, multi-stranded PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including concealed non metalic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked, suitable size with conduit fittings and accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/floor including 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated FRLS, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down old unsv one from site complete, all as specified and directed. NOTE: Two runs of 2.5 sqmm copper cable and one run of 2.5 sq mm copper cable alongwith non metallic PVC conduit/conduit accessories will be measured as one unit length

Supply and fixing SMD LED panel recess/surface suspended mounting 40 watt 6500K 2"x 2" (600x600mm) LED ceiling light with extruded aluminium housing and milky diffuser complete all as specified and directed.
