Material and labour Earthing pits of internal dimensions 45 cmx45cmx45cm built in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) of wall thickness 20 cm and fdn thickness 15 cm with 50 mm thick precast cover of RCC(1:2;4) re-inforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and MS bar handle made of 10 mm dia round bar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unservicable earthing of any type and any position for repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron wire 4.0 mm dia as earthing lead, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 15W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V

Taking down old unservicable single pointed/multi spikes air termination rod of any size from its existing position at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper air termination rod 16 mm dia 1 mtr long with accessories to fix at the existing position on top of roof level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper air termination rod 16 mm dia 1 mtr long copper lightning arrestor (5 spikes) including providing with accessories fixed at the existing position on top of the roof level etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s lightning arrestor continuity conductor of any size from the existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lightning arrestor earth continuity conductor made of stranded copper wire conductor of size 12 mm dia in between lightning arrestor with fixing accessories such as 8 mm wire clamp on its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s GI pipe from its existing position for necessary repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe of 40 mm bore medium grade suitable for holding lightning arrestor including fixing accessories such as clamps/nuts,bolts and 4 mm dia GI wire to its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s earth continuity conductor made of copper/aluminium strip of any size from its existing position (i.e. from wall/roof) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of Al strip of size 25mmx 3 mm as roof conductor/down conductor above ground level/buried in ground fixed with saddles made of porcelain/pvc and screwed at a distance 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of Cu strip of size 20mmx 3.15 mm as roof conductor/down conductor above ground level/buried in ground fixed with saddles made of porcelain/pvc and screwed at a distance 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for porcealin post insulators of size 25 mm long for fixing of Al strips/GI strips/Cu strips for roof conductor and down conductor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos,8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head brass screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring with FLRS PVC insulated insheathed stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 sqmm cable for one light point controlled by one way flame proof switch drawn in and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit pipe of dia 20 mm complete with all flame proof fitting accessories,junction boxes etc including one FLRS PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.0 sqmm for continues earth wire connected to main earth dolly including matching the disturbed surface with cement work and white washing/colour washing/distempering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below gnd level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below gnd level,connected to and including copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut,check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel and strip connected upto earth test point all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of mES Schedule Part I and including excavation and earth work in any type of soil,providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate in alternate layers construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 and 50 mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS TMT bars@ 150 mm centre to centre both ways watering arrangements with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20 mm bore GI medium grade and 32 mm bore light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
