M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 4 finished even and fair on brick work or concrete surfaces (external) using water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer's instuction all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth on brick work or conctete surfaces (internal) complerte all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement on brick work or concrete surfaces of soffit slabs ceiling surfaces etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, 50 mm thick, type B0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate as in padding and in any situation finising even and fair for getting proper slope/covering complete all as specified and directed. (Note : PCC shall be done mixer machine only).

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick average in cement mortar 1:4 over padding of roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measered separately complete all as specified and directed).

M & L for APP based polymeric menbrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (Wt.not less than 150 gm/Sqm) laid over a coat of blown bitumen primer @0.30 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely with torch application with side over lap 75mm and enc lap minimum 100mm and sealing over lap and joints and as per mafufacturer's instruction and applying one coat of aluminum paint @ 300 ml per sqm on surface of any description/above the APP membrane and all as directed all as specified (Note : Aluminum paint shall be measured and paid separately)

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1.3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintel etc and cutting chases not exceeding 10 cm girth in brick / stone wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Boring for Bored cast in situ straight piles 400mm dia, 9.8 metres depth in soil and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of 50 metres using DMC method complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Carrying out initial load test as per IS : 2911(part-IV) 1985 for pile 400 mm dia and 9.8 m deep complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Vertical load test for safe load in compression.
