Dismantling of ceramic tiles carefully and scraping the plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/ Ruby Red (Based on DSR 8.2.2.1)

Providing and laying 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x450 mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer- in-Charge,in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying antiskid vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed with 2 mm grove using spacers. The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Double charge vitrified tile of size 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13½” deep and 2’-0" height with open able shutter at wall above 4’-9" height consisting of 19mm thick with commercial board (ISI marked) lipped with teak wood lipping of 19mm x 6mm on exposed edges include cost of nail, screws, auto hinges, synthetic adhesive etc. The front shutter and sides are to be furnished with 1mm thick ISI marked superior quality mica of approved shade and inner side of the cabinet with 0.8mm thick mica of approved shade fixed in position with help of wooden gutties at wall complete in al respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with two vertical members in each panel to hold wire mesh, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges 4", 2 Aluminium Tower bolts 8", 2 Aluminium Handles 5” and Aluminium door stopper and single acting door spring and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length golden champ including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) and removal old damaged chowkhat complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and laying double charge vitrified floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
