Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and Consolidating formation surface in cutting by using Power Roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled consolidated to required gradient and camber using power Roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne for rolling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate of rolling with road roller is included in the quoted rate by contractor. However any misunderstanding shall not be entertained at later stage.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with Granite, trap or Basalt stone of grading 2(63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size),in two layer 7.5cm thick each (as compacted thickness) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required by power roller exceeding 8 tonne to not exceeding 12 tonne rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & directed Note : (i) Consolidated thickness as compacted finished shall be measured for payment purpose. (ii) The rate of rolling with road roller is included in the quoted rate by contractor. However any misunderstanding shall not be entertained at later stage.

M&L for 20 mm thick river sand cushioning layer including spreading and levelling complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for separation membrane (polythene film of white colour) of HDPE sheeting, heavy duty 400 micron thick, virgin quality, laid over sand cushioning layer confirming to IS (10889:2004) complete all as specified & directed Note : (i) Portion of overlaping of sheet may not considered for payment purpose, however overlaping shall be provided as specified and directed.

M& L for Cement concrete in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ Square centimetres in filed using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less laid in bays including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (a) The Contractors quoted rate shall be applicable for use of 400 Kg/Cum of cement on mentioned in the above item. (b) Mix design for PQC shall be carried out as per IRC 44:2017 or its latest version with minimum cement content of 360 Kg/cum.

(c) In case, quantity of cement as per actual Design mix work out to be less than the qty mentioned in the description of item, than the actual quantity as per design mix shall be used in the work. In this regard minus price adjustment @ Rs. 7.00 per Kg of Cement used shall be recovered from the payment dues. (d) In case, quantity of cement as per actual Design mix work out to be more than the qty mentioned in the description of item, than the quantity of actual as per design mix shall be used in the work without any extra to Govt. The contractor will take into account this aspect while quoting his bid/tender. (f) Rate includes the followings:- (i) Use and waste of side form for laying pavement concrete/hard standing in bays between joints & construction, expension joints/or between two construction joints for thickness of payment. (ii) Cost of test to be carried out as specified to establish quality control. (iii) For measurement purpose, deduction shall be made for expension joints.

Finishing surface of concrete road pavements by brooming etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction (dummy) joint 65mm deep x10mm wide,filed with sealing compound grade 'B' for 200 mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for forming 12mm, thick Expansion joint's with pre-formed Bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 200mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified. Note : Applicable for item No 12 & 13 :- Unit rates of these items included for any extra formwork if required to form joints.

M&L for 150 mm thick (consolidated thickness) moourm/red bajari spreding and levelling in layers not exceeding for 2.5cm thick including consolidating with power roller capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed Note : The rate of rolling with road roller is included in the quoted rate by contractor. However any misunderstanding shall not be entertained at later stage.

Forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc30cm thick, watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc n exc 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) for making the payment purpose, 20% deduction shall be made as bulkage of sand/earth. (ii) Before carring the earth , the quality of earth shall be got approved by GE and nothing extra shall be made on account of any misunderstanding at later stage.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in concrete bed for drain/hume pipe 600mm bore including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced concrete drain pipe 600mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed. Note:- The PCC for this item shall be executed under item No. 18 here-in-before.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5MM graded stone aggregate) as in coping on top of parapet wall etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed..

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in wall as a weep holes bore of pipe 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Stone Boulder pitching laid dry, hand packed tightly complete all as specified and directed. Note : Size of boulder shall be as per Para 6.4.2 of SSR Part-I (2009)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 250 m but n exc . 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L Reinforced concrete drain pipe, 200mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling of three Nos CI Pipe bore of 300mm and length of 3 metre of each pipe and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete M-20 Design Mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete in wing wall of all section complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed Note:- Reinforcement and formwork shall measured and paid separately under respectively item under this schedule

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed Note:- Reinforcement and formwork shall measured and paid separately under respectively item under this schedule

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

All all as per item No. 32 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed

Formwork rough finished surface of concrete (flat or curved) to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc. complete all as specified and directed

Formwork rough finished surface of concrete (flat or curved) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of surface plastered or unplastered new concrete surface on wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed
