PERIODICAL SERVICES TO VARIOUS HANGARS AND

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound to be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint, external emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 01 coat of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over old surfaces of wall including preparation using brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting complete all as specified and directed.
