TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORK FOR OTM ACCN OF DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN MEMAURA

To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with errata/amendments as applicable, General Conditions of Contracts IAFW-2249, 1989 (Print) with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in the tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates. OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of “General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)” 1989 (Print) with errata/amendments as applicable. Notes :- (a) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at F4 Column of this BOQ. (b) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at E4 Column of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The percentage quoted by tenderer shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the acceptance letter. (c) Amount inserted by the MES under rate Column and the total amount reflected in the page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount works out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The work orders for various works / services shall be placed for amount worked out / priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the contractor. (d) Contractor special attention is invited to condition “4(A) Works to be carried out (Applicable only to term contracts) and condition “56 Termination of Contract (Applicable only to term contracts)” of “General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)”. The provision of these conditions of “General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)” are strict to be followed. (e) It is express condition of this contract that the amount of total works / services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irrespective of the amount works out / mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works / services at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2010 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done / work done.
