Taking down carefully the old U/S Aluminium / Copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including fitting and fixtures (switch, socket, bell push, lamp holder, electric bell, ceiling rose, fan regulator) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surface of disturbed area ie with OBD/colour wash/white wash as the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete, standard copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade and sunk in new pressed steel terminal boxes of required size factory made and factory painted with stove enameled black paint with top cover 3 mm thick plastic/laminated sheet of required color with screwed and cup washer with all accessories including 1.5 Sqmm standard copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The rate is inclusive cutting /chasing and making good the disturbed surface with cm 1:3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area with OBD/colour wash/white wash complete.
