Repairing of Charging trolley with repairing/replacement of all type of bushes, spring, etc. Straightening of faulty trolley arms after dismantling from the existing trolley by applying heat and applying pressure on the arms. Fixing charges of new rollers , pins , sockets Spring holding brackets of make it’s free movement as per original one. (as per required for smooth running of trolley)

Labour Charges For dismantling of old damaged burn out bricks and fixing charges for new bricks including cleaning and preparation of grooves, fixing charges of cover sheets from the existing frame. Necessary removal of varnaculite powder Insulation brick’s damaged brick holding bracket’s and refilling /re-fixing the same.

Labour Charges For cleaning the accumulated ash from the flue duct with removing the refractory slab in the basement, For cleaning of main door driving shaft, pocket, plumber’s block and lubrication of the same by opening covers (including lubricants), Adjustment/alignment of counter balancing weight for free movement of the furnace door, fixing charges of small door driving chain (1no) by opening back cover sheets, Turn buckle for driving chain, Self aligned ball bearing to suitable for 30mm dia shaft, Self aligned ball bearing to suitable for 50mm dia, Dismantling of ash collector gate and flow duct.

Repairing of blower motor and air circulating motorCleaning of accumulated ash in the flue duct after opening of refractor slab in the basement and closing it with cement, sand, bricks and labourer charges included.
