The design and structural drawings to be prepared by any one of the recognized and reputed Engineering Colleges duly checked by any Govt. Engineering college and proof checked by any premium institutions like IIT, NIT and SERC. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.(All labour materials, tools 1 and Plant etc.,complete by the tenderer /contractor only ) Note: (i) The Contractor shall prepare structural design duly taking trial pit details. ii) Foundation design shall conform to the safe bearing capacity of soils. (iii) Analysis of structure to suit loading standard as per the relevant IS codes and Railway specification. (iv) Foundation shall be designed for Ground floor only. (v) Roof slab shall be designed with 'T' Beam. (vi) Structural drawings shall be submitted for all RCC works. Supply and fixing of Energy Efficient BLDC Ceiling Fans of 28 Watts maximum rated power consumption at full speed, complete with electronic controller, conforming to IS 374:2019 / IEC 60335-2-80 and BEE 5-Star Rating requirements.
