Providing and Laying in Position Cement Concrete of Specified Grade including curing but excluding the cost of Centering and Shuttering, All work upto Plinth Level with, 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm Nominal Size)

Centering and Shuttering including Strutting, Propping etc and Removal of Formwork

Providing, driving and installing poplar wood piles of standard quality of average girth of not less than 18” after removing bark, of specified length, (including the cost of wood, making of pointed tip, charges of all equipment’s required at site for pile driving, taxes, all sorts of carriages manual / mechanical, loading / unloading, etc.), complete job as per directions/satisfaction of E-in C.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
