Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layers n exc.30 cm thick watering,ramming/rolling and finishing to required size shape etc n exc 1.5 m high from base complete.

Preparing existing WBM/WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 10 kg per 10 sqm on existing WBM/WMM surface and preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on prepared black top surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5%. binder content by weight of total mix spread by means of self propelled mechanical spread/paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tandem vibratory steel wheel, static steel wheel and pneumatic tyre rollers min capacity 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on end vertically with old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips/lines/dashes/arrows/letters (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermosplatic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoes glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoes driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials labour etc on new/old road surface including T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt seals, oil, grease and foreigh material etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The rates shall be inclusive of mixing glass beads (ballotini) in thermoplastic material. (ii) The quantity of ballotini included/mixed during the manufacture of material should not be less than 20% by mass of mixture or applied to the surface of the thermoplastic immediately application is complete @ 300 grms / sqm as directed by Engr -in-Charge. The ballotini shall comply with BS6088 : 1981 (1993) "Specification for Solid Glass Beads for use with Road Marking".

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of shape and size approved by Engineer-in-Chrage, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade , complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SFRC manhole cover with frame with handle 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
