RENOVATION/ UPGRADATION OF WATCH TOWER AND PROVISION OF PATH WITH INTERLOCKING TILES FOR PATROLLING FROM JHANKAR TOWER TILL MAIN GUARD ROOM UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO. 1

Dismantling of wall/ floor tiles including backing coat any description or any thickness led beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land.complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening of surface of old concrete floor, sweeping, clean and washing with water to remove dust complete all as specified.and as directed.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting, dado etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceedng 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour joint free Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm to 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as spcified and directed.

Material and Labour for above item no. 5 in vertical surface such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc but including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down cement plaster/skirting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door frame/ window frame with shutter of area n exc 1.50 sqm (upto 4 storey bldg), each and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door frame/ window frame with shutter of area exc 1.50 but n exc 4.0 Sqm (upto 4 storey bldg), each and removing to store, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix mild steel work Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A Fe in framed work as in door frame, shutter or gates of angle iron or other section with gusset plates,rails,braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel MS sheeting or orther covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood panelled shutters (two panels) Factory Made with lock rail & panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick vineered particle board with commercial vineering on both faces, the size of rail & styles as per IS: 1003 (Part-I) klin seasoned & chemically pressure treated (factory made shutters) and as directed.
