Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.(HSR 10.59)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (HSR 10.58)

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with sqm necessary screws (HSR 12.36.1 )

Providing and fixing wire gauge laminated veneer lumber shutters conforming to IS : 14616, using galvanised wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm as per IS :1568, for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge: (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 35 mm thick shutters (HSR 12.20.1)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc. (HSR 11.77)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 11.78)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete.(HSR 30.22)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 11.59)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.(11.65) Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). (HSR 30.37.2)

Providing and laying of base course of floors consisting of 100 mm thick cement 1 :8: 16 and 100 mm sand or stone filling. (HSR 10.1)

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement with 1: 2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete (HSR 10.16)

Providing and fixing in position ceramic glazed tiles with printing of logo, letter (Hindi or english etc. in any size and pattern as per requirement fixed in cement mortar 1:3 complete in all respects ( as per required/approved by the Health departmenyt (NS) Note:- All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this building. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.
