SH I : Supply Supply of 2 x 105W bi-directional halogen type inset fitting with yellow and clear filters for Runway edge applications suitable for use in 6.6A airfield lighting circuits normally supplied from 200W isolating transformer and complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, including shallow base other accessories etc. complete as required meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex -14 and aerodrome design manual part - IV.

Supply of medium intensity elevated type omni-directional taxiway/turning pad edge light fitting fitted with 1W LED complete with all accessories including blue lens for LED and CI base plate etc complete as required and as per ICAO standards.

Supply of 1x16 sq.mm 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable conforming IS 1554 (Part II) with upto date amendment as required confirming to particular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 1x6 sq.mm. 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable conforming IS 1554 (Part II) with upto date amendment as required confirming to particular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle suitable for 1 x 16 Sq.mm AFL cable

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle suitable for 1 x 6 Sq.mm AFL cable

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm secondary lead of following length made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed, treated 600V grade cable as specified in particular specification and as required. 20 mtr length

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm secondary lead of following length made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed, treated 600V grade cable as specified in particular specification and as required. 30 mtr length

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm secondary lead of following length made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed, treated 600V grade cable as specified in particular specification and as required. 40 mtr length

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm secondary lead of following length made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed, treated 600V grade cable as specified in particular specification and as required. 50 mtr length

Supply of 5 KV grade 200 W 20/6.6 A Isolating Transformer

Supply of 5 KV grade 15 W 20/6.6 A Isolating Transformer

Supply of Cylindrical type CI Transformer Housing Box of outside dia 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped holes at the hole centre of 260mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts, provided with clear holes at two side surface centre at 75mm above bottom surface and suitable to receive 50mm dia B class GI pipes and check nuts etc as required.

Supply of DOBEFIL 60 of Dr. Beck & Co. or equivalent sealant material suitable for fixing bottom box of inset approach/threshold fitting etc. as required

Supply of hardener 758 for DOBEFIL 60 sealant as required

SH II Work Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade 6 sq. mm / 16 Sq.mm size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/ duct/culvert/ drainage pipe as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, getting out the excavated soil, refilling with excavated soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters etc as required.

Supplying and laying of following size ISI marked DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench/ duct ., complete as required. 50 mm OD, 38 mm ID

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying following number of 2x4 Sqmm secondary leads meant for inset type taxiway fitting on the concrete/ bituminous taxiway surface including kerfing, chiselling, cleaning and filling the groove with departmentally supplied sealant compound after laying secondary lead including jute covering for protection etc. as required. a) 01 run of cable

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type Runway edge light fittings in the bitumen/ concrete surface using core cutting machine and departmentally supplied Dobefil 60 compound & Hardener 758, installation and aligning of inset fitting using suitable jig, closing of shallow base with sealant material, connecting with secondary leads, providing Insulation tape etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of MS base plates of 10mm thick, 330 mm dia provided with 6 nos holes for M-10 SS bolts, for covering the CI transformer housing box including providing gaskets, and SS bolts etc. complete as required

Dismantling of the existing runway/ turning pad/taxiway edge light fittings including disconnecting the isolating transformers and series cable, shifting the dismantled items to store/ new location etc. as required .

Installation testing and commissioning of Elevated type Runway turning pad/ runway edge/ taxiway edge on the existing transformer housing boxes including connecting the Esna connectors with the series cables, connecting the secondary lead, isolating transformers, levelling, aligning complete as required and as specified.

Numbering of Taxiway/ Runway light fittings with ISI approved enamel paint with double coat yellow paint as background and numbering with black paint of suitable size serially etc., complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.75 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying of 6 SWG dia GI wire along with cable including providing lugs for termination, etc. complete as required
