Providing detailed structural design of cooling pit, elevated Morcha and Ground Morcha all drawings with detailing, plan, elevation & required sections etc. Design should be based on latest BIS codes and standard engineering practice. The design shall be prepared by qualified and registered structural consultant, approved by Engineer-in-charge, all complete as per Drawings of the Cooling pit,elevated morcha and ground morcha. The design & drawings shall be vetted and aprroved from Govt. Engineer College/NIT/IIT. The agency shall be solely responsible for the adequacy and structural safety of the proposed structures. After approval of structural design & drawing 5 (Five) set on A-1 size paper of good for construction design & drawing showinig all relevant details shall be submitted to EIC duly signed by consultant.
Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212- 990 or IS: 11433-1995 in expansion/ construction / dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in- Charge & particular specifications. Supply of outdoor type energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08 supplied with 1.5 mtr GI bracket. LED light fitting shall have lumen output of not less than 2500 lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100 lm/W and lumen maintainence ot 70% at the end of 50000 burning hours with constant current driver output, operating range 150V - 270V, 50Hz AC supply, CCT of 5700K-6500K with PF>0.95 and THD must be <10% & surge protection of > 2.5 kV complete in all respects as required as per site conditions.
Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fittings of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.
