1. Construction of ESR of different capacities for a minimum 70 kN/sqm SBC of soil (SBC is to be determined as per a separate item) with RCC staging of 12 m height including earthwork in excavation for foundation including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work; RCC works; plastering, painting; underdrainage works in filter beds; placing the filter materials in two rapid gravity sand filters; construction of aeration system; various pipes, e.g. inlet, outlet, overflow pipes, wash water pipes, vent pipe and sluice valves as required; aviation lamp; lightening arrestor; MS ladder; all formworks including cantering, shuttering, scaffolding; all materials and labour as per approved drawings and specifications all complete as directed in the jurisdiction of different divisions of PHED, Assam with the following main components: 1) Aeration System at 10 m level. 2) Gravity type Rapid Sand Filter with 1 working and 1 stand by bed at 3 m level. 3) Pump House at the Ground Floor. 4) Water tank made of food grade virgin Plastic (ISI marked) at 12 m level conforming to IS 12701: 1996 1.A.10,000 litres Water tank Capacity.

3. Construction of RCC under ground reservoir of various capacities by excavating necessary earthwork, including dewatering if necessary, stabilising side earth, preparation of sub soil etc. with PCC; using M30 grade of concrete with use of admixtures; water proofing compound; plastering and painting; inlet, outlet pipes, vent pipe and other pipe connections; all formworks including cantering, shuttering, scaffolding; all materials and labour as per approved drawings and specifications all complete as directed in the jurisdiction of different divisions of PHED, Assam for storage of treated drinking water as per approved drawings and specifications. 3A. 5,000 Litres

4. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of standalone water purification plant of FRP with different capacities solar pump set fitted with tube well, capable of removing specified contaminants along with bacteriological disinfection (by chlorine dosing system) from the raw water bringing the filtered water quality as per the acceptable limits of IS: 10500:2012 including 3 (three) months trial run and 33 (thirty-three) months operation and maintenance after the trial run under PHED of Assam. The work broadly comprises of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of standalone community water purification of BLDC motor based solar pump set fitted with existing well and pressure filter having specified filtration rate. The plant will be aided by photovoltaic submersible solar pumps within the bore well with a specified minimum yield. The plant is capable to work on specified solar energy (PV panel), lithium-ion batteries which are to be installed. The lithium-ion battery shall be capable of providing a minimum of 2 hours backup. Filtration process technology shall require approval by CSIR-IMMT or NEERI with complete test report. 4A. 5. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of standalone water purification plant with specified single phase electric submersible pump set coupled with wet type submersible electric motor drive of adequate power suitable for operation at 230 V, 50 Hz fitted with tube well, capable of removing specified contaminant along with bacteriological disinfection (by Chlorine dosing system) from the raw water bringing the filtered water quality as per the acceptable limits of IS: 10500:2012 including 3 (three) months trial run and 33 (thirty-three) months operation and maintenance after the trial run under PHED of Assam. The work broadly comprises of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of standalone community water purification plant fitted with existing well and pressure filter having specified filtration rate. 6. Providing, installation and commissioning of 100 mm dia deep tube well by hand boring within the jurisdiction of different divisions of PHED, Assam including preparation of site, drilling the DTW including extraction of drill pipes etc, lowering, fitting, fixing 100 mm diameter UPVC pipe assembly comprising of strainer, pipes and cone in potable water bearing strata, washing the bore well etc., supplying necessary jointing materials, developing the DTW with air compressor Make- Kirloskar / Cumins/ or equivalent for a period of 12 hours and supplying and packing pea gravel of size 3 mm to 10 mm around the periphery of casing including screening washing etc. all complete as directed for maximum 80 m depth
7. Odex : Providing installation and commissioning of 200 mm dia DTW by Odex boring with 8 mm thickness 200 mm dia MS pipe (Best quality) within the jurisdiction of different PHE divisions including preparation of site for placing of drilling rig, air compressor, transportation of rig and ancillary equipments. Construction of temporary accommodation and low cost sanitary facility for drilling staff and providing water supply facilities at drilling site. Drilling of bore well by using drilling rig having ODEX system including welding of pipe joints. Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor, Make- Kirloskar / Cumins all complete as directed by the department.
