Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM(1:4) incl Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded agg as in coping, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges ncl demolition complete all as specified andas directed.

S&F 80mm thick Manhole/ drain covers of any size with and including frame medium duty factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10), strength as per IS-12592 (2002), ISI marked incl fixing complete to match the road/ floor surface all as specified by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Precast RCC type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates cover slabs for open drains, manholes, septic tank, soakage well, etc. including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old RCC manhole/drain cover (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate ) complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over (and flat iron where quered),cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips or welded to flat iron complete all as specified.
