Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Dismantling the damaged gypsum board false ceiling and removing from the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged wooden partition with new one of fully Calcium Silicate HILUX board partition using Alum. Box section and alum. Frame at an interval of 0.75m at the alum. Frame of size 63.5 x 38.10 x1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 0.818 kg / m with necessary L angles, screws, nails and fixed to the wall using drilling machine with neat straight alignments etc., after finishing the framework and fixed with both side 8mm thick HILUX BOARD approved quality and ISI make with necessary screws, nails, fevicol and necessary grooves as per instruction of the departmental officers and also cutting the partition for electrical switch box and AC plug box and telephone box requirements and finally cleaning the wooden partition for both side with neat position etc., The partition both sides should be finished with best wall putty and including preparation of surface etc., The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, Alu. frame work and partition work, transporting charges etc.,

Renewing and refixing country wood frame for door and window any other similar joinery works using following size of upto 4m in length Country wood scantling of pillai maruthu or patak including labour for wrought and putup in position etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Renewing and refixing the solid core flush door shutters with commercial ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35mm thick including cost of furniture fitting such as 3 nos 4"brass butt hinges,2nos 6"brass tower bolts,2nos 4"brass handle, 1 no brass drop, single key shutter, mortice lock without night latch, 1 no door closer, 1 no brass door stopper, 1mm thick best quality lamination sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour without primer, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing ornamental sound proof Armstrong grid false ceiling arrangements with alu. anodized T section and L angle frame work grid of size 60x60cm with Aluminium T section 25x25x2.8mm L angle of size 25x25x2mm thick and the same is supported at suitable intervals by adjustable type 6mm dia M.S rods with suitable threaded nuts, suspended rod and hanging from ceiling at 1.20m c/c in longitudinal section and 60cm at middle portion 60x60cm panel should be covered with 12mm thick Armstrong sheet in grid so as to give neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Repairing the existing aluminium Partitions, doors and windows shutters from its position with new rubber beading, L angel, Screws and replacement of damaged glass panes with necessary rubber beading, stays, hinges and other materials if necessary including cost of materials, labour charges and dismantling brick or RCC and redoing the same to its orginal condition etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Repairing the unserviceable Key board tray and mobile pedestal & workstation panel from its position with new rubber beading, L angel, Screws and replacement of damaged tray wheels, plywood with necessary rubber beading, stays, hinges and other materials if necessary including cost of materials, labour charges and dismantling and redoing its orginal condition etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
