Construction of multipurpose hall in Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya at Kandhar under Kankadahada block in Dhenkanal district.

CIVIL WORKS:- Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site within 50 mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lifts T&P shoring shuttering dewatering if required etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and , materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth ramming etc complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications in all respect & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage / disposal of excavated surplus earth from the worksite by mechanical means within a lead of 5Km including loading and unloading etc. complete. in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-25 in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 250 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
