Dismantling of all damaged switchgears, capacitors, measurement instrument, indicating lights, relay and removing of complete wiring and connection at site and cleaning of P.F.C. Panel by CRC. Fixing of below mention switchgears in both panels as required i.e. contactor, capacitors ,banking of capacitors as required in system and all measurement components, indicating lights, MCCB in their respective space in existing panels duly wired, tapping, thumbling, ferruling and connection with main bus bar both in outgoing incoming part with all required hard wares

Replacing and fixing the above equipments including fixing of arching and moving contacts, shunt release, 2500 A pole assembly, jaw contacts and cradle terminal in 2500A ACB and 630 A ACB respectively with proper connections and fixtures as per panel requirements.

cleaning oiling tightening of 2500A-3P/MDO including Cleaning of dust, spider web, foreign particles etc., removal of grease from the various parts of ACB, Cleaning of all parts with cleaning agents such as CRC-2-26, Check the setting of arching contacts, releases etc, Check the tightness of all hardware and also presence of hardware, Fixing of spares /accessories which needs replacement. Re-greasing as recommended in ACB service manual. All the required hardware/item will be arranged by the firm itself.

Cleaning & servicing of LT panel, tightening of Bus bar / hardware support and servicing of other accessories as per requirement.

Testing & commissioning of the LT panel and installed equipments, setting of relay ,as per required parameters with relevant IS .testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow i)Continuity and earth testing ii)isolator mechanism and alignments iii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. iv) Checking for all tightness of nut and bolts v) Alignments of doors etc. vi) Interlocking tests. vii) All functional tests.

Dismantling of old and faulty panel including removing of all electric connections while taking all safety precautions and cutting of old rusted nuts and MS bar with help of electric cutter/ manual labour including making the surface even with minor civil work for new panel as per site requirement.

Testing & commissioning of the new starter panels including testing for their operations for the pumps as after making required configurations in the starters. Testing of Starters at No Load and then at on Load. Testing of tripping system of starters as per requirement
