M & L Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M/L for Screed bed or bedding layer of morter 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

S & F for plain Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors all as specified and directed. Make:- Nitco or equivalent.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

M/L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat of 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound on external wall brick / concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M/L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on Cconcrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) of approved make.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roof with polymetric waternproofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm including coating the surface with water base bituminous primer @ 0.5 litres/Sqm and blown bitumen 85/25 grade@ 1.20 Kg/Sqm at the bottom and anther coat at top of the membrane complete all as per manufacturer instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L applying one coat of aluminium paint to membrane surface incl preparation of surface of any over 10 cm width and girth all as specified and directed bu Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 0.71mm plain aluminium sheeting alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping covering all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting Grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion / crumple joints complete all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and acessories) all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing Only in 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.
