Desilting of Shahdara Outfall Drain by deployment of Amphibious excavator Model MB 205, including disposal of silt with maintenance of the drain for 09 Months.

Desilting/removal of silt/malba/sludge etc. from the bed of Shahdara Outfall Drain upto desire level using Amphibious excavator Model MB 205 or equivalent having boom length minimum 15.00m on hire basis including working in foul condition and as per requirement at site of ensure flow in drain is obstruction free with all lead and lifts. Item also including all Lead & lifts, disposal of desilted earth/material at suitable designated place from the periphery of drain premises including dressing and level of bank/berm and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with all Lead & lift complete. Note:- 1. Royality @ 60.00 per cum shall be deducted from the paid quantity. No extra shall be paid to agency in liu of disposal of desilted earth of designated site. Note :- 2. Payment of quantity of desilting shall be paid from the initial and final level of drain bed, Bank level of Drain, quantity derived at disposal site, which ever is less. Note :- 3. The agency shall intimate department regarding place of disposal with document & photograph. The department will make inspection of the disposal site before releasing payment."

Maintenance of Shahdara Outfall drain by deploying manpower (labour)/machinery as per requirement of site for removal of all types of obstructions including garbage, floating material and dead animals above water level and cleaning of all existing culverts etc. from the bank of drain regularly to maintain the drain neat and clean and disposal of removed/collected material to the near by MCD collection point/dhalao by handcart/tractor trolley including all leads and lifts in foul condition complete as per site requirement and directed by Enginner-in-charge. Note I :- If any part of the reach found not clear upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge for consecutive 03 days, a recovery of 3000 per km / per day for each side shall be made from the bills. Note II :- The agency shall provide daily photographs for entire reach to the Engineer-in-charge through whatsapp/e-mail/hardcopy. Failing which, an amount of Rs. 1500000 (15 lakh)per month shall be deducted from running/final bill.

Providing Sweeper, Guardner and Security Guard Round the clock for watch and ward Govt. Premises at Chilla Store including necessary T&P like torch, Lathi and Uniform etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Deployment of Tractor Trolley with Driver and fuel etc. for loading and unloading of MSW complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
