PROVISION OF HVAC SYSTEM FOR ICU AT CHAFB UNDER GE (AF) BANGALORE

Taking down carefully existing false ceiling, stacking in safe coustedy and re-fixing in the same position after completion of other related work including making good/replacement damaged portion wherever required and matching to existing materials. The existing false ceiling consisting of clip in tile made up of 0.5/0.6 mm thick galvanised iron sheet of 120 GSM, sixe of tile is of 550X550 mm which is pressed to clip channel with dimpling on clips channel, thread rod U mounting clamp, anchor fastner for mounting true ceiling including accessories like L/W wall angle made up of 0.4 mm GI sheet of 120 Gsm. The clip channel of 0.4 mm GI sheet which hanged to the true celing by using M6 threaded rod and anchors and nuts all as per manufacturer catalouge Complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Contractor to visit the site of work before quoting the rate . 2. The rate inclusive of scaffolding and necessary arrangements.

M & L for preparation old painted plaster surfaces of walls and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down existing Celing / exhaust fan of any size from ceiling/wall and depositing to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring for light / fan point complete including 2x2 ceiling fittings and fixtures for reuse at site by unscrewing from boards, ceiling fittings and fixtures for reuse at site and shift other materials of copper scrap to store and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth, getting out for electric cable complete in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, soil obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV Type I, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling (pulverized stone dust) for sand cushioning incl spreading/levelling for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.
