Round the clock operation and comprehensive maintenance of CAC plant for UCBs & MCB of 5x200 MW, BTPS, Obra as per scope of work {(01 Job=01 day)(03 Shift per day each shift=08 hour)}.
Overhauling of 120 TR compressor including descaling of condensor tubes , oil cooling tubes.
Overhauling of Chiller Pump .
Overhauling of Condensor Pump .
O/H of Cooling tower and nozzles at 14 meter level.
O/H. of Expansion tank and water line at 14 meter level.
Overhauling of air handiling unit.
Complete checking of cooling duct.
Complete Re-visioning of all valves and strainers.
Fabrication and replacement of bend of cooling tower line and chilled water line of Dia 50 to 100 mm.
Fabrication and replacement of bend of cooling tower line and chilled water line of Dia 101 to 200 mm.
Fabrication and replacement of bend of cooling tower line and chilled water line of Dia 201 to 250 mm.
Replacement of all damaged louvers of cooling towers of A.C. Plant by fabrication of new louvers out of G.C. sheet and fixing of the same in the frame of cooling tower (size 1200x300x0.5/0.8mm)
