Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators etc., (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc complete and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to full height of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying TWO coats of Exterior (ACE) of approved quality over the existing wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surfaceeven and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting ONE coat with Plastic emulsion of approved brand over OLD wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling in basement with M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) to the required thickness in layers including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Wooden panelled door single shutter including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality, fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nuts, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and put up, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles,Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).

Applying Two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on New wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic EnamelPaint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flush pointing on Random Rubble Masonry with Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmentalofficers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 5HP (mud pump) Kirloskar KBL make SP3L+ with 5C4 motor model size 80x80mm,3.7KW/5HP/415V/50HZ, Selfpriming Coupled Pumpset motor. The cost inclusive of motor, labour, fixing with necessary fixtures, conveyance & functioning etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
