Preparation of old painted concrete/bituminous surface and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on runways, roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm width and road marking paint white, golden yellow or any other colour as required and the painted surface shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath, if necessary the surface shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 here-in-before but width not exceeding 10cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old paints on concrete/bituminous surfaces etc by paint remover or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth and preparation of surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying with road marking paint white, golden yellow or any other colour as required and the painted surfaces shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surfaces under neath, if necessary the surface shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated bitumen/concrete surfaces etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in different tints in chequerred pattern etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in different tints in chequerred pattern etc complete all as specified and directed.

One coat of painting, Lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous / concrete surfaces, exceeding 10cm width, with machine (Air/airless spary applications as per IS 164) with Apcotrack IS of Asian Paints or equivalent in other specified makes color of approved water base paint of color white, golden yellow, deep orange, PO red and black as directed as per the requirement in the Air field including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Coverage area of paint will be 10 Sqm /Litre (Runway surfaces) specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with two guns and maximum GPM (LPM) 1.6 (6.0), PSI (Bar) 3300 (227), Engine cc (hp) 160 (5.5) and the maximum GPM (LPM), 2.15 (8.14), PSI (Bar) 3300 (227) Engine cc (hp), 200 (6.50) and maximum tip size 0.047 or the machine form Wagne Company with same specification.

Engineering Plastic Signage Boards/Location boared/direction board/link boardes of size 930mm x 600mm, Single Side, with writings / signs / arrows with retro-reflective sheetings of approved type and colour, made of hard plastic or perplex sheet 4 to 5mm thiick of approved colour and type, duly framed in with aluminium strip of suitable sizes as required, mounted up on adequate number of legs of minimum height of 3'6" made out of specialised frangible material, weather proof, suitable to withstand extreme cold, extreme heat and high velocity wind pressure etc fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes : Notes : (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following:- (i) Excavations for post holes size 400x400x600mm in any type of soil as required filling in and removal of excess soil. (ii) Legs of boards embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates upto GL. (b) Writings / alphabets / letters / dashes / arrows etc shall be of different sizes, types, etc as per requirement of AF Authorities
