Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement required to facilitate demolition of roof projection/RCC tank complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of debris and rubbish material to a distance of exc 100mtr and not exc 1.5Km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Chajjas/facia/ cantilever slab etc. upto 3rd floor roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, rebaring incl making required holes in RCC beam columns for fixing of bars and grounting with epoxy, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Chhajja/ cantilever/roof projection, etc, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welding if required complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, roof projection, troughs and similar items including edges upto 3rd floor roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tanks capacity exc 250 liters and n exc 500 liters capacity of any condition or type complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks capacity exc 250 liters and n exc 500 liters , setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 liters capacity, white triple layer construction (cylindrical vertical closed top), hoisted & fixed in position including all fittings i.e. GI tank nipple, PVC Float valve 20mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for 20 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors etc incl cutting chasing of wall for concealing of pipe as if required as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors etc incl cutting chasing of wall for concealing of pipe as if required as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm nominal outside diameter double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including all fittings/fixtures fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes of 75 mm nominal outside diameter double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including all fittings/fixtures fixed on wall or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR), Junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal), fixed with solvent cement, with oval access door, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR), Junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal), fixed with solvent cement, with oval access door, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap, 75mm dia plain including jointing with solvent cement with grating including jointing to waste pipe in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) incl plaster and roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-0-1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) minimum 40mm thick in roof padding, kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edge etc upto 3rd floor roof complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof slab concrete surfaces with water proofing admixture finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed upto 3rd floor roof. Note : Waterproofing compound shall be paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight of 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non wovenpolyster fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction over and including tacl coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm on dry including clean surface Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement by using scaffolding upto the 15m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and directed upto 3rd floor roof.

M&L for Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in cement motar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed upto 3rd floor roof. Note : Waterproofing compound shall be paid seperately.

Taking down old cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls up to 15m height, including complete removal of all existing treatments (such as white wash, colour wash, cement paint, OBD or any other) by grooming down, steel wire brushing and scrapping down to remove lime scale, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, and on the prepared surface, applying two coats of cement base paint as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.
