S&F glazed coloured ceramic tiles of sizes 350x 250x 7mm / 450x 350 x 7mm thick on vertical surface over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceedifng 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors and skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick CM including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.11 above but in CM 1: 4

M&L 5mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:3 on on ceiling surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) con-sisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
