Note:- Unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L rewinding of ceiling fan motor of size 1200mm/1400mm with super enamelled copper winding wire not less than the existing gauge after cutting and removing the burnt existing winding including varnishing heating by providing fresh insulating materials, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of AC film capacitor 4.0 mfd, 440 volts suitable for any type ceiling fan/exhaust fan in FR plastic casing including connection complete. Make - Havells cat ref no. 4.0 mfd / 440V / PLWW / 28x52 or equivalent in Epcos / Usha as approved.

Supplying in replacement Side panel made out of 1.0 mm thick GI sheet, fixed with iron handle suitable for desert coolers of capacity 3000 cfm including two coats of synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on both side of panel complete all specified and directed

Supplying in replacement High density polythene pipe 15 mm dia complete all specified and directed

Supplying in replacement Complete steel body of desert cooler of capacity 3000 cfm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The body of desert cooler shall be fabricated as under :- (a) The top and bottom made out of 1.25 mm thick GI sheet. (b) side panels (set of three) made out 1.00 mm thick GI sheet. (c) Front grill of suitable size and of approved quality.

M&L re-wiring of desert cooler with suitable size of copper conductor PVC insulated cable and providing main lead three metre long of 3 core PVC insulated copper conductor of size 23/0.0076 complete all specified and directed.

Dismanting and taking out Old, Unservicable fan motor from the desert cooler and Rewinding with supper enamel copper winding wire of suitable size not less than the existing gauge, varnishing etc including replacement of bushes, assembling testing and refixing at the existing site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fabrication of desert cooler stand made out of MS angle iron 40x40x6mm thick all as per existing size suitable at site including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Repairs to voltage stabilizer of any make, single phase with input voltage 135 - 190 V and out put voltage 200-240 volt, capacity 5 KVA by dismantling and taking out burnt main transformer and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size than the existing gauge, including varnishing and insulation material etc.complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 30,552.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
